How to help myself be positive about the future

1. Allow yourself some time each day, for example 10 minutes, to visualise your chosen future.

2. During this process, it is important to feel that you are living this future now. Enjoy the experience and be really grateful for everything and everyone in your life.

3. Allow yourself some time to relax each week. This helps you to have new creative ideas to help you achieve what you want in life.

4. Know that as long as you remain positive you are attracting your chosen future.

5. Never worry about the future – this is the thought pattern which destroys your ability to create your chosen future.

6. Know that what you focus your thoughts on is exactly what you are attracting.
